COOPER SYSTEM

A unique system I created to heal our relationship with food. Here we are looking for wasted time in the kitchen to allocate to other, more critical areas for us: communication with relatives, friends, our hobbies, new knowledge, etc.

The most important thing: we do not break our habits, but keep them and optimize time for the kitchen routine. And of course, we make the diet healthier, tastier, and more diverse!
